Lynlee is a proud Birmingham native: her whole family is from here, she graduated from Briarwood Christian High School before heading off to The University of Alabama and landing back home in the Magic City after graduating. Lynlee lives in the Redmont Park neighborhood with her husband Carter and two daughters, Ruby and Annie. She loves to get dinner downtown at Bamboo or for a more casual night to grab a beer at Back Forty with friends and kids. When out-of-town visitors come to Birmingham, it’s always fun to impress them with the incredible food scene from going to The Garage Cafe or Chez Fon Fon.
As a Top Producer at ARC, Lynlee strongly believes in and supports residential growth in Birmingham. Since obtaining her license in 2014, Lynlee has completed almost 470 transactions totaling over $190 million dollars of real estate sold in the area. “I have made a huge effort to be intimately engaged in the central city and surrounding “city suburbs” from Forest Park to Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Vestavia, so that I can provide the greatest benefit to my clients, which I strongly believe is market knowledge”. Her greatest motivation is her clients: She says, “Success to me is doing what I love every day and knowing that my contributions positively impact my clients, my company, and my city and that I have produced the highest quality work.”
Her favorite moment in selling? The day the client finds the house. “They walk away saying they want to discuss it, and an hour later they call me back saying, ‘Okay, we’re ready to make an offer! What do we do now?'” Lynlee genuinely loves helping clients, and she wants to be sure her buyers are as educated as possible about the homes they want to purchase or sell. She works to make sure the buyer and seller come together to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, Lynlee spends a lot of time at Smith Lake with her family and loves to travel. Ask about her travels when you meet her as I’m sure she can tell you about somewhere fun that she has been lately and make suggestions of her favorite spots outside of the city as well.
Lynlee and her teammate Payton Callner’s goal is to make your home buying or selling process as seamless as possible by providing excellent service on both sides of a transaction to ensure their clients are well informed the entire time.
