Lynlee was the BEST realtor I've worked with. After what I can only describe as an exceptional experience she can have ALL my business. Every step of the way Lynlee just took care of everything from all the paperwork to communicating with all the parties involved to setting up the real estate attorney to checking on us even AFTER the sale went through to see if we had a chance to see the vacated property and if there were any concerns. She is a professional. She knows everything there is to know about the business AND the market. The loft we ended up falling in love with was purchased off market because Lynlee knows what's coming up in the market at all times. Even just to make sure we weren't missing out on anything in our preferred area she called all the HOA presidents who might know of lofts with our specifications coming up. Lynlee is the best!I say that having absolutely zero prior experience searching for a home in the real estate market or dealing with any other real estate agent ... and yet I still know she's the best. I couldn't imagine any other agent having a more comprehensive knowledge of the Birmingham housing market. Whenever we had a question she had the answer and was prompt and efficient in her replies. We gave her the basic parameters of what we were looking for she gave us a thorough overview of the homes in the area showed us some specific examples that fit the bill advised then allowed us to decide on what we thought was the best fit for us. Pretty quickly we had made up our minds and landed in the perfect home for our young family. I can't thank her enough for guiding us through what (I've heard) can be a very challenging ordeal and making it anything but. I think through this experience we've gained both a new home and a new friend!
