Lynlee was patient punctual smart and a wonderful agent. It was much more than just being shown different homes- Lynlee really knew the facts and did her homework and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. I felt as though she could read my mind and knew something wasn't the right fit before I even said anything. Things were especially interesting at times due to Covid but we finally found our first home and she ensured we got it at a price we liked! Lynlee was always cheerful knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process and made us feel like a priority.

I don't provide testimonials unless I believe "every word" I say in them. I also take the time to actually detail my point of view. This is a testimonial about an industry that I truly have not had one positive thing to say about. The Real Estate industry. My issue "HAD" been that the many (over 20 real estate agents) I used to both buy and sell a property were: a) Bad communicators; b) Did not listen to my very detailed instructions; c) Changed their story/strategy once I agreed to buy or sell a property with them; d) Could not negotiate themselves out of a paper bag, and d) Simply did not care about anything other than their commission including asking me to lower my price tens of thousands of dollar or pay huge premiums to buy a home. THEN I was one of the original purchasers of the new townhouse project "Avenue A" located in downtown metro Birmingham AL. I met Lynlee and her husband Carter Hughes. I clearly explain the challenges I had with all my past real estate agent relationships. From that meeting through two years later my view of the industry and agents has changed. One word changed it "Lynlee". If I asked a question and she could answer it she did it in a timely manner. If the answer took some time to find out she told me it would take time. The agreements we made for a property that would be built over the next two years were as accurate the day we discussed it as the day I closed on the property. That folk is quite unusual, especially from my past experiences. If you think I am exaggerating let me add the best compliment of all. My 29-year-old daughter is attempting to purchase her first home. I have made it clear to my daughter "Use only Lynlee as your buyer's agent PERIOD". That is my thoughts and I hope it helps both Lynlee and those looking for an agent in this crazy real estate market.

Lynlee and her team were awesome to work with! Her extremely upbeat and positive personality makes her a joy to be around. Buy-side & Sell-Side I cannot recommend Lynlee enough. During the height of the Coronavirus Lynlee was able to put our new home under contract in Mtn Brook in less than 6 hours from our initial viewing on a highly desirable street. Further, she was able to both list & sell our prior home at 10% above asking (10+ offers) and within 36 hours of the house being on the market (During the uneasy Spring '20 Coronavirus). Lynlee knew what I wanted before I even had a clue. For almost three years she helped hone my sense of what I 'really' wanted. Further Lynlee is approachable and provides extremely good advice on both what she perceives as 'market' or 'above market' pricing. There were several times when Lynlee took my foot off the gas and said 'wait!- that's not the one!' - I would not consider working with anyone else and know she cares more about the client than she does about a single transaction. For reference, we looked at homes in Redmont Forest Park and Mountain Brook - all of which Lynlee provided exceptional service and analysis.

We have worked with Lynlee for the past 9 months and every aspect of our interactions has been great. She helped us form a plan to prepare the house in advance of the listing. The photographer she arranged for the listing spent a lot of time in and around the house to bring out the special features of a property that is more than 100 years old. She was both positive and firm in the negotiations Totally professional.

I cannot recommend Lynlee enough she is absolutely amazing to work with. All of her amazing help and support in selling our house made what is sometimes a harrowing experience a real pleasure!
