Lynlee helped my husband and me find a rental home after we got married and sold our respective houses. We found her because she was representing some apartment units we wanted to see. She was so helpful and kind to us that day. It was a stormy afternoon and the school where I teach had closed early leaving me with an unexpected block of time during which I had time to apartment shop. Lynlee was so kind to accommodate my schedule that day and showed us many apartments. She was very knowledgeable and showed us some apartments that we didn't even know existed. As a young professional who has rented in Birmingham for two years, I have had more than my fair share of negative experiences with apartment locators landlords and rental complexes. I also felt I had a pretty good grasp on everything that was available for rent in my fiance and I's budget after plenty of searching on my own. Enter Lynlee: She was such a friendly responsive and all-around helpful person to work with and kept an eye out for us in case the perfect place came up. Once it did she was able to schedule immediate showings and was even the one who negotiated with the landlord to get our preferred move-in date even while others interested in the condo said they could move in earlier. Lynlee understood what we wanted and did not try to show or pressure us into seeing other properties that were out of our budget or that we weren't interested in. I'm so happy to say that we are finally having a great housing experience and we hope to stay in our new place longer than anywhere else we've lived in Birmingham! Would highly recommend her and her keen eye for finding the right place at the right time.
